In my private functional nutrition sessions you will experience first hand what it's like to feel amazing. Through a process of diet, health history, and lifestyle review, food and supplement tracking, plus optional blood work and GI test review, we will identity and address the root causes of your symptoms or issues that are holding you back from being the most healthy, fit, and energized version of yourself possible. This is done via the functional medicine method which utilizes a whole-body approach to recognize and address the interconnectivity of all the bodily systems in order to restore optimal health.

All sessions are one-month long to ensure optimal support, with a strong recommendation of three months to establish a new strong foundation of health and healthy habits, and include include extensive case review, 90 minute web conferencing session, customized diet & supplement plan, one month of email support, two check-in phone calls, optional lab tests, and closeout Zoom session at end of final month to review progress and results.
